EDUCATION

•   Your qualification must be within the training area (AOT) of Quebec and the qualification must be recognized abroad or equivalent to the Quebec diploma.
•   The training diploma must have been granted within the last 5 years before the application or if not, the applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in the field, which is highly relevant to the training area.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•   Full-time work experience, part-time or internship full-time or part-time work as part of a learning, training or specialization recognized by a diploma, paid and unpaid in the field related to the diploma or training area within the last 5 years prior to the request.

Age:

•   It must not be less than 17 years.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

•   Have English skills of no less than CLB 5
•   To claim points for the French threshold level for learning is level 7 (advanced intermediate) of Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrant adultes or its equivalent (level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
•   Stay and relationship with Canadian citizens and residents of Quebec
•   An offer of employment from the Quebec employer
•   Characteristics of the spouse

OTHER FACTORS

•   Number of children under the age of 22 who are migrating to Quebec along with you
•   Financial sufficiency to support the family during the first 3 months of stay after migrating to Quebec
•   The adaptability that depends on your preparation to migrate
•   To qualify, the single applicant must get 49 points, while the couple must score no less than 57 points
